Abstracts will form the basis for selecting papers for presentation at the conference. Each abstract must state clearly the purpose, advances and specific results of the work. Lack of these descriptions may cause rejection of a paper.

Authors are asked to submit one-page abstracts in advance by May 15, 2017. 
Abstracts should be submitted on-line via web from the ''Abstract Center''. Please follow the format and submission instructions that is provided in the Abstract Center.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Program Committee on the basis of scientific and technical novelty and importance. Acceptance of the papers will be informed by E-Mail, by the end of June, 2017 with the decision of presentation style.
