Invited presentations will be in the conventional format of a 30 minutes talk including a discussion period.
Contributed oral presentations will be in the conventional format of a 15 minutes talk including a discussion period.
NOTE: ONLY LCD PROJECTORS WITH CONVENTIONAL VGA ADAPTOR WILL BE PROVIDED.
Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop computers along with a backup copy on flash memory in case of laptop failure.
All Oral talks will be presented in this manner.
NO OTHER PRESENTATION FORMAT IS AVAILABLE.
Poster presentations will consist of well-prepared visual materials about the work posted on a designated board.
Authors can mount their posters from 12:00 noon of the first day, and should set up them at least half-an-hour before session start times.
SIMPLY POSTING A COPY OF THE PAPER IS NOT APPROPRIATE AND WILL BE TREATED AS A NO SHOW.
The surface area available for posters is 90 cm wide by 210 cm high.
The Conference provides a small sign designating the paper to be posted on each board and a small number of pushpins for posting the paper on the board.
