We are very appreciated if you will complete registration and payment by June 28, 2021.
The fees will be settled in Japanese Yen.
The early-bird discount rates are valid if the payment is completed by July 1st.
On-line registration and the payment by bank must be completed by July 3rd.
After July 1st, we will accept on-site registration and payment only.
Exchange rates are approx. Japanese Yen 107/US$ 1.00, Yen 129/Euro€1.00. (March 2nd, 2021)
Cancellation policy †
Cancel by June 28:
Cancellation fee (10% of the total fee) is charged and 90% of the total fee will be refunded.
Cancel after June 29:
Nothing will be refunded, but an abstract book (in a USB memory) will be delivered after the conference.
How to register †
- Visit logon page.
- If you created your account e.g. for submitting an abstract, log on with your account and password.
- If you have not created an account, click 'Account Registration Page' link and create your account. Then, log on from the logon page.
- Click 'Registration' on the top menu of the logon page.
- Fill the fields and click 'Register'. A confirmation will come up and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your account.
- Please be remind that participants living in Japan must complete the payment by July 10 in order to apply the early-bird discount rate.
- On-line registration and the payment by bank must be completed by July 27. After that, we will accept only on-line registration and payment.
