Registration & Banquet Fees †

We are very appreciated if you will complete registration and payment by June 28, 2021.
The fees will be settled in Japanese Yen.
The payment by bank transfer must be completed by July 3rd.
After June 28, only credit card is accepted.
For invited speakers and students, registration fees are weived. To choose the payment of JYen 0, please choose bank transfer for the payment method (JYen0).

Exchange rates are approx. Japanese Yen 107/US$ 1.00, Yen 129/Euro€1.00. (March 2nd, 2021) 

Cancellation policy †

Cancel by June 28:

Cancellation fee (10% of the total fee) is charged and 90% of the total fee will be refunded.

Cancel on June 29 or later:

Nothing will be refunded, but an abstract book (in a USB memory) will be delivered after the conference.
