  1. Access http://ees.elsevier.com/msb/default.asp
  2. Choose "Special Issue:SCAC-3" as the article type in the first submission step.
    • It is imperative that all special issue papers have the article type [#za478357] Special Issue: SCAC-3. Otherwise they will be treated as, and published as regular issue papers.
